2025 Annual General Meeting

2025 AGM will be held as joint meeting with the International College of Prosthodontists from Sept 2-5, 2025 at the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel.

Please visit the ICP Conference website for more info on registration for ICP Scientific Sessions and hotel room bookings. Registrations are open now.

The APC AGM meeting will take place on Thursday. September 4th from 4-6pm. Room location TBD. Please save the date and check back in early summer of 2025 for further details.

In the meantime, please log into the Member Area of the APC website to RSVP your attendance at the AGM so that we can plan for sufficient seating and refreshments.

Proxies

If you cannot attend an AGM, please take a moment to download the Proxy Form and fill it out. You may give your proxy to any Active member or assign it to a member of the executive. If the proxy is assigned to a member of the Executive, it can be emailed to the APC administrator (administrator@prosthodontics.ca) for delivery to the Executive.

You may download the agendas, schedule of speakers, past meeting minutes, financial statements and budgets on the Meeting Minutes page in the members-only section of this site.

Note: Since the AGMs are a members-only meeting, you'll need your APC website login and password to RSVP or to read minutes or financial reports. If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link in the login page, enter your email address and it will be automatically sent to the email address we have on file for you. If you do not received the password within the hour, please email administrator@prosthodontics.ca. You may need to update your email address in our records.

Life Memberships

Remember that Life Membership applications must be received prior to the AGM (before August 15, 2025) in order to be considered for Life Membership in the following (2026) calendar year. More info is on the application page (member login required)

2023 Annual General Meeting - Thank you for Helping us Celebrate 50 years!

The 2023 APC AGM meeting marked the 50th Anniversary of the Association of Prosthodontists of Canada!

Our meeting was held on the 22nd & 23rd of September 2023, in conjunction with the Royal College of Dentists of Canada convocation taking place at the Marriott Montreal Chateau Champlain. On Friday September 22nd, there was a full day of interdisciplinary continuing education with three APC speakers participating.

The celebration continued into the evening with a fully catered 4 course dinner for members and their guests on Friday and the AGM meeting itself was held at 1 pm on Saturday Sept 23 in the Tidan room immediately following the networking luncheon.
