Predictable Anterior Implant Esthetics: The Ortho-Perio-Restorative Connection
Dr. Joseph Kan
Saturday, April 18, 2026, 8 am to 5 pm
BMO Academy
33 Dundas Street West, Toronto
The Ontario Society of Periodontists invites you to attend a full-day lecture with Dr. Joseph Kan on Predictable Anterior Implant Esthetics: The Ortho-Perio-Restorative Connection, in Toronto on Saturday, April 18.
Course Synopsis
Achieving anterior implant esthetics is challenging and demanding. To create implant restorations with harmonious gingival contours that emulate nature is a fusion of science and art. Understanding the biologic and physiologic limitations of the soft and hard tissue will facilitate predictability from simple to complex esthetic situations.
This presentation will encompass orthodontics, periodontics and restorative dentistry focusing on current implant treatment philosophies and methodologies for replacing currently missing teeth and the management of patients who will be losing a tooth or teeth in the esthetic zone. Emphasis will be placed on the diagnosis and treatment planning, surgical, prosthetic complications, management of soft and hard tissue and long term follow up in the esthetic zone.
