APC Annual Dues 2010 |

Membership fees are discounted by $25 if registering (online only) before January 1st, 2010.
Regular fee rates are listed at the bottom of this page.
A $25 late fee applies after Jan 31st, 2010.
Members: if you haven't already done so, please log in on the Members Home page before using the online membership renewal/application forms. Logged in members don't have to type in any contact information so your renewal process is simplified.
New members: please download and print out the English or French versions of the application form. You may still register online to get the discount, but please also fill out the form (so we may know a bit more about you) and mail or fax it after your online registration.
Students, Life and Honorary Members: There are no fees for membership for these groups but we request that you renew your membership as well so that we may keep our records up to date.
Active Members Please note: Your JPD subscription is a requirement of all Active members and is included in your renewal fee. This year, the mailing list must be sent to the JPD publisher by January 31st, 2009. If you do not have your membership paid before Jan 31st, your Journal subscriptions may be delayed or arrive as backorders.
Duplicate JPD Subscriptions?
As part of our continuing efforts to ensure that none of our members are paying for more than one JPD subscription each year, if you belong to more than one JPD Sponsoring organization, and receive at least one JPD subscription through the other organization(s), please contact the APC Administrator before registering online.
Not sure where your JPD subscription comes from? Fax the mailing label or cover sheet from your last or next JPD issue to 604-263-1757 and we'll decipher it for you!

Non-Resident Member: $175.00 ($150.00 before Jan 1, 2010 and $200.00 after Feb 1, 2010)
